Alpha Messaging Cloud

This Privacy Policy describes how Breelink LLC ("Breelink", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when Client’s subscribe and use Alpha Messaging Cloud ("Platform"), a cloud-based messaging infrastructure provided on a rental basis.

By using the Platform, Clients agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Information Breelink collects directly from Clients (e.g., during sign-up, billing, or support).
Technical and operational data generated through the use of Alpha Messaging Cloud.
Breelink's responsibilities in maintaining the Platform and its infrastructure.

This policy does not apply to the personal data or communications that Clients send, upload, or process through the Platform. Breelink does not access, use, or manage end-user data submitted by Clients.

2. Our Role in Data Processing

Breelink LLC provides the Alpha Messaging Cloud strictly as a technology service provider. We act as a facilitator or processor of data under the instruction of our Clients, who are solely responsible for:

Collecting and managing customer and vendor information.
Ensuring legal use of messaging, routing, and communication through the Platform.
Complying with applicable messaging, privacy, and anti-spam laws.

Breelink does not control, nor is responsible for, the data Clients input or transmit via the Platform.

3. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following types of information:

a. Client-Provided Information

Company details (name, address, tax info)
Administrative and user account credentials
Billing and payment information
Support tickets and communications

b. System-Generated Data

Login timestamps, IP addresses, session history
API usage logs, delivery reports, queue statuses
Non-content metadata related to message routing and performance

c. Optional Support Data

Any data voluntarily submitted to us for the purpose of troubleshooting or integration assistance.

We do not access or store message content unless explicitly requested by the Client for debugging purposes.

4. Use of Information

The information we collect is used strictly to:

Provide access to and functionality of Alpha Messaging Cloud
Authenticate user accounts and control system access
Maintain system integrity, performance, and uptime
Offer technical support and respond to service requests
Investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, or system misuse

We do not use Client data for marketing, analytics, or resale purposes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Alpha Messaging Cloud operates on a rental subscription model, and data retention is handled accordingly:

While an account is active, operational data and message logs are retained in the system for a maximum of 3 months.
Once an account is deleted, blocked, or suspended due to non-payment, policy violation, or at the Client's request, all data is permanently deleted within 7 calendar days.
Clients are responsible for exporting any required data prior to account closure or suspension.

No archived data or backups are maintained beyond these timeframes.

6. Data Security

We take security seriously and employ standard practices to protect data and have features in place for data security but client will have the control of system to implement data security by using system features like:

SSL Connections
VPN Based connections to carriers
Role-based access control
Continuous monitoring and incident alerting
2 Factor Authentication

Clients must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensure proper access management within their organizations.

7. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not share data with external parties except:

With infrastructure partners (e.g., hosting or routing providers) necessary to deliver the Platform, under confidentiality agreements.
When legally required to comply with valid subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory investigations.
When explicitly authorized by the Client, such as through integrations or custom implementations.

No data is ever sold, rented, or shared for marketing or profiling purposes.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients using Alpha Messaging Cloud agree that:

They are fully responsible for the content and legality of messages sent using the Platform.
They will manage their own user permissions and customer/vendor privacy obligations.
They must comply with all applicable laws regarding telecom, marketing, and data protection in their jurisdiction.

Breelink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these responsibilities.

9. International Operations

Alpha Messaging Cloud may be hosted in multiple regions depending on the infrastructure partner. Clients acknowledge that data may be processed in countries outside of their own, subject to the same security and privacy safeguards described herein.

10. Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed system breach or unauthorized access to Client data, we will:

Notify the affected Client(s) promptly
Provide details about the nature of the incident
Outline measures taken and offer cooperation to address the issue

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via the Platform dashboard or registered email.
